Our main goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service and products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivered date for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs). Returned products must be not installed and in brand new condition with all the accessories and original packaging. This applies to all of the products, except for items from S-Box which are indicated as non-returnable on the product page, checkout, and emailed receipt.

Once processed, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed along with detailed shipping instructions. As listed above, all returned items must be in brand new condition with all the accessories and original packaging. Otherwise, returned items may be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee or even a void of the return. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage with the RMA number on the outside of the box, if found damaged or modified it may result in deductions or a void of the return. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses for returns, insuring your shipment is recommended, and using a common carriers such UPS or FedEx is advised.
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks and will be credited back to the original credit card used. An email will be sent when the refund is completed.
