Our main goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service and products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivered date for a full refund. Any shipping costs paid by customers are not refundable. Returns between 31-60 days will be considered on a case by case basis and will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. Returns requested beyond 60 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Returned products must be not installed and must be in brand new condition, with all the accessories and original packaging. This applies to all products, except for items that are indicated as non-returnable on the product page, checkout, or emailed receipt.

Once processed, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed along with detailed shipping instructions. As listed above, all returned items must be in brand new condition with all the accessories and original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions, whether within 30 days or otherwise, may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee or possible refusal of the return. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage, with the RMA number on the outside of the box. Shipments found damaged or modified may result in deductions or a refusal of the return. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses for returns. Insuring your shipment is recommended, and using a common carriers such UPS or FedEx is advised.
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks and will be credited back to the original credit card used. An email will be sent when the refund is completed.
