We at Pop Up Outlets value our customers and the buying experience on our platform. Therefore, all our business practices are carefully devised to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Be it in our product ranges or our customer support service, Pop Up Outlets offers services that meet your expectations. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase with us, you can take advantage of our extended return policy.
Pop Up Outlets offers a 45-day return period during which you can return the product for a full refund. The return period starts from the day of order delivery and gives you the chance to get a full refund of the merchandise purchased.
The following conditions apply:
- The returned product is required to be in new condition.
- The returned product must not have been installed.
- All original packaging and accessories must be present in the returned product.
- These conditions apply to all Pop Up Outlets products.
- The only exceptions to our return policy are items marked as non-returnable on the website, during checkout, or specified in the confirmation email.
Important Note: The S-Box products are custom ordered and are therefore non-returnable once the order is shipped.
All claims for products damaged upon arrival must be made within 3 days.
All refunds are processed within two weeks of the claim. They will be credited back through the original payment method. The Pop Up Outlets team will send you an email alert once refunds are made.
